How do HR solution providers meet the needs of their customers?
The study shows how users rate their provider and its solution in various areas. Which functions can providers score points with, and where is there still room for improvement? Providers offer a wide range of software for companies to automate HR management processes, all with the aim of relieving HR managers, increasing productivity, and boosting efficiency. At PUR HR 2023, the following solution areas are the focus of the evaluation: digital personnel file, payroll, personnel resource planning, time management, e-recruiting, onboarding, talent management and self-services.
From the user's point of view
In order to investigate the question of how the solutions used and their providers meet the requirements of the users, Techconsult invited 3000 user companies for the fifth time to evaluate their SW provider and their HR solution used. The best among them were crowned champion.
Providers must meet the requirements of their customers and offer innovative solutions that make working in applicant management efficient. The recruiting process encompasses many tasks, including, for example, sifting through applications and matching them with requirements, making arrangements with departments, and conducting interviews. Applicant management software that supports these processes is already established in many companies, especially larger ones.
E-Recruiting
Users of e-recruiting software named Coveto the champion in the PUR HR 2023 competition. Coveto achieved excellent ratings in particular for the software's range of functions, including the pre-selection of applicants, automated correspondence with applicants and specialist departments, search and matching functions for the applicant pool, and the automatic recording of applicant data.
Optimization potential
Other providers that achieve an excellent ranking in the champion range are Onlyfy, Infoniqa, Persis, and Haufe Talent. However, in addition to many good ratings, optimization potential is also visible; this relates, for example, to availability on mobile devices, which is not to everyone's full satisfaction.
Many companies have onboarding software in place. Thanks to the software, newcomers can be easily and efficiently integrated into the company, even if they are working outside the workplace. Increasing user interest in the software prompted the inclusion of onboarding software as a new category. Eloomi, d.vinci and Coveto made it into the champions section. Their solutions meet the requirements of their customers, which is reflected in a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Among other things, d.vinci customers give top marks to the automated reminders in case of incompleteness or delayed tasks. Nevertheless, there are also functions that still need to be worked on: for example, evaluation and statistics functions.
A total of 3,000 user experts took part in the Professional User Rating: Human Resources 2023 conducted by market researchers Techconsult and evaluated performance in the software areas.
