New CFO at SAP
The SAP Supervisory Board has Dominik Asam as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Board. Asam will start on March 7, 2023 and joins SAP from his current role as CFO and member of the Executive Committee at Airbus. As previously announced, Luka Mucic will remain a member of the SAP Executive Board until March 31, 2023. "Dominik Asam is a well-trained and experienced manager in Global Finance and Technology. He is therefore exactly the right person to drive SAP's successful cloud transformation forward."said Hasso Plattner, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SAP.

Luka has laid a strong foundation for Dominik to build on and has ensured a seamless transition through his leadership." Asam joined Airbus in April 2019 from Infineon, where he had served as CFO since 2011. At Airbus, Asam helped lead the company through the Covid 19 pandemic while driving transformation and innovation. He also serves on Bertelsmann's supervisory board. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Insead and is a mechanical engineering graduate of the Technical University of Munich and École Centrale Paris.
A long-time SAP customer, Dominik Asam knows firsthand the value of SAP technology for customers' success. He will use this experience in his new position as CFO to drive innovation and transformation.
Marie Pötter advances at DXC Technology
DXC Technology has Marie Poetter as the new Managing Director Analytics, Consulting & Engineering in the Banking and Capital Markets division in Germany. Pötter will also drive the corporate strategy in DACH as a member of the Leadership Team. During her dual studies in business informatics (BSc.) and economics (MSc.), Pötter already worked as a business consultant in offices in Germany, England and the USA. She then took on responsibility as Client Partner Manufacturing and then as Account Executive Banking & Capital Markets for the DACH region. In this role, she set up the Young Talent Excellence Program, which prepares employees under 30 for management positions.

Fabasoft board team complete
The previous managing director of Fabasoft, Matthias Wodniok, has joined the company's Executive Board. He is responsible for the entire government business with immediate effect. Fabasoft is a leader in the German-speaking region in the field of digital public sector administration in terms of document management and records management. Numerous public sector organizations and renowned private companies have relied on Fabasoft's experience for more than three decades. After completing his education at the University of Applied Sciences Wiesbaden, Wodniok joined Fabasoft over 20 years ago and initially worked there as Head of Professional Services Germany.
In 2016, he advanced to Managing Director and thus to Managing Director of Fabasoft. The manager's successes to date include the steady expansion of the company's market position in the field of electronic administrative work with commissions at federal and state level in Germany. With Matthias Wodniok, the board of directors around company founder and CEO Helmut Fallmann is now complete, following the appointment of Oliver Albl as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) in May.

New Vice President for Digitization
With an overwhelming majority, the KIT Senate has confirmed the unanimous vote of the Supervisory Board that Dr. Kora Kristof as Vice President for Digitization and Sustainability of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). The confirmation in the KIT Senate is a further procedural step, which will now be followed by the final contract negotiations and the appointment procedure. Only afterwards, KIT will have its first female vice president in the newly created department of Digitalization and Sustainability. Kora Kristof, who holds a doctorate in energy economics and a post-doctoral degree in economics on the success factors of social change, is an expert in sustainability, digital transformation, successful social change processes, resource conservation, energy transition, and climate.
In addition to her own research, she advises politicians, industry and civil society and teaches on these topics at a university. At the Federal Environment Agency, she has been responsible since 2011 for, among other things, the reorientation of the content of the department "Sustainability Strategies, Resource Conservation and Instruments" and is working on the further development of the agency.

New Chief Sales Officer at Sycor

With Tobias Apel a new Head of Sales is on board at ZetVisions. He brings over 17 years of B2B sales experience from his time at E-Plus and Telefonica. From his beginnings as a junior account manager at E-Plus in 2003, Tobias was able to develop into a regional sales manager for B2B sales.
Steffen Wittmann joins the management team around LeanIX CEO and co-founder André Christ as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Wittmann brings with him not only a solid technical background, but also extensive experience in the management of internationally distributed development teams.
SAP Switzerland makes new appointments to management positions. Robert Kehrli takes over as head of the business unit responsible for SMEs and partners. There is also a change in the CTO, who is now Alexander Finger. The position of Chief Sustainability Officer has been newly created. Sebastian Kaczynski will fill this position.
Lloyd Adams has been named president of SAP North America. He succeeds DJ Paoni, who is leaving the software company after 26 years. Adams will thus be responsible for operations, strategy, people, sales, services and profitability in the U.S. and Canada.
John hunter is the new managing director of the used software provider usedSoft. From now on, Jäger is responsible for the entire customer business in Europe. This completes the planned generation change that company founder Peter Schneider initiated before his death.
Dr. Magnus Ekerot joins Gigaset as CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board. The internationally experienced manager has worked all over the world and has already lived in Asia, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden as well as the USA. He holds an MBA in strategic management.
