An innovation partner with a manufacturing and IoT focus becomes a subsidiary of cbs Corporate Business Solutions.
For 30 years, Trebing + Himstedt has been trusted by well-known manufacturing companies in their digital transformation. The focus is particularly on innovation and implementation consulting in the areas of production and the development of digital, IoT-based services. The strengths of cbs in global business process solutions for companies in the manufacturing industry and S/4 business transformation are now complemented by the expertise of Trebing + Himstedt, so that seamless end-to-end processes can be realized for customers across all business areas.

Expansion to Bulgaria
NTT Data Business Solutions acquires Business Services & Technologies OOD, an SAP service provider in Bulgaria.
As an external partner of NTT Data Business Solutions, Business Services & Technologies OOD has already been providing services with a high level of quality and flexibility for several years. With the new location in Bulgaria, NTT Data Business Solutions will have six global managed services centers and will be present in 31 countries worldwide. Business Services & Technologies OOD, headquartered in the Bulgarian capital Sofia, was founded in 2012.

Achieve strong market position
The acquisition of ISR by Cenit is an important milestone in information management for both companies.
Cenit has acquired a 74.9 percent majority stake in ISR Information Products (ISR). The unit created by the partnership-based merger of the two companies is to be expanded to become the market-leading competence carrier of the Cenit companies in the field of enterprise-wide information management: ISR Information Products will become part of the global group of companies, but will continue to operate under its own name. The addition "a Cenit Company" expresses the company's integration into the Cenit Group, the associated scale and solid capital strength. In the medium term, part of the Cenit business unit "Enterprise Information Management" (EIM) will also be merged with ISR in terms of expertise and personnel. With around 300 experts in the field of information management, the newly created company will be well positioned in the DACH market region.

NetApp announced that it has signed a binding agreement to acquire Instaclustr.
The acquisition of Instaclustr follows a series of strategic acquisitions by NetApp that together create a best-of-suite platform for CloudOps. These acquisitions, including Spot, CloudCheckr, Data Mechanics, Fylamynt and now Instaclustr, have made Spot by NetApp an attractive platform for cloud applications, in single clouds as well as in multi-cloud architectures. Spot by NetApp optimizes, automates, monitors, and protects cloud applications, now augmented with expertise in open source application deployment and operations. The entire Spot portfolio is delivered as a service in public and private clouds.

Perforce acquires DevOps pioneer
Perforce, a provider of solutions for enterprise teams requiring productivity, visibility and scalability along the development lifecycle, announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Puppet. Puppet is an infrastructure automation software platform that enables users to deploy, update, monitor and secure software on physical and virtual machines. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Puppet solutions help increase productivity, eliminate bugs, improve security and accelerate software delivery for DevOps teams - providing the company with comprehensive support for its customers' digital transformation efforts. The acquisition of Puppet builds on Perforce's existing DevOps portfolio and enables the company to continue its focus on DevOps at scale and solve some of the toughest automation challenges.
Networking of processes and data
ZetVisions and the Dutch software company Engage Process have agreed on a comprehensive cooperation.
The object of the cooperation is the mutual support of data quality and master data management activities on the part of ZetVisions and process management on the part of Engage Process. Engage Process is an independent SaaS software provider. The company enables teams to analyze, model and continuously improve their own processes with the eponymous software to contribute to an organization's competitiveness. The company serves more than 300 customers in Europe and North America from industry, finance, the service sector, but also from the public sector such as municipalities.

Blue Yonder is partnering with Snowflake to improve access to scattered data in supply chain management.
Blue Yonder's Luminate platform is an end-to-end supply chain solution. It empowers retailers, manufacturing companies and logistics providers to better predict, prevent and resolve business disruptions. As a result, they reduce risk and are better able to address supply chain difficulties. Snowflake's solutions are an excellent fit for the needs of Luminate's customers. Both companies are pursuing the goal of breaking down data silos in the industry.

Innovation in the financial sector
SAP Fioneer has acquired a majority stake in the consulting firm and SAP software house Okadis Consulting. The acquisition builds on an already successful and proven partnership between SAP Fioneer and the Eschborn-based company. It underscores the company's commitment to innovation and the development of modern software solutions for financial services. Since 2003, Okadis has been providing business consulting and SAP consulting as well as developing products and individual solutions for customers using SAP software in the financial sector. The Okadis team brings deep expertise in accounting, regulatory reporting and analytical banking in the German financial services industry. There will be no immediate changes for customers, partners or employees, as the Okadis brand and company will remain in place for the time being. The announcement follows the acquisition of Hedwell 2021.
