Book tips - B2B2C

B2B2C

With SAP's acquisitions, the topic of commerce has made greater inroads into the SAP community. B2B2C stands for "business to business to consumer" and refers to a sales channel that combines business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C). With Hybris, SAP has a B2C commerce application in its portfolio that lets you deliver a customer experience across physical and digital interaction points. Through the acquisition of Ariba, SAP operates an extensive B2B network, including for the transmission of electronic orders and electronic invoices. We encounter procurement in HR at SuccessFactors, in the vendor management system Fieldglass, and in the travel management solution Concur. E-3 Magazine launches a monthly B2B2c column and an e-commerce column with this issue.
