    man muss berücksichtigen, dass hier Kunden aller Größen und mit unterschiedlichen Ausgangslagen und Anforderungen abgedeckt werden sollen. Das – gepart mit einer durchaus dynamischen Kommunikation von SAP – führt leicht zu Unübersichtlichkeit.

    Daher bietet sich hier der strukturierte Angang – zuerst gründliche Bestandsaufnahme und Strategie für die IT, dann Austausch mit dem Lieferanten – an. Wie es ja auch im klassichen Outsourcing wichtig ist, um eine optimale Lösung zu erhalten.
