The keynote speech put the digitalization hype into perspective: Professor Hendrik Send succeeded in an entertaining way in clearing up common half-truths and directing attention to the central aspects of digitalization.
Among other things, the product presentations showed how digitization options can be implemented in concrete terms thanks to end-to-end automation of e-mail and paper-based corporate processes.
