Intuitively create SAP documents
How do companies provide these employees with easy and intuitive access to enter data and automatically create documents needed for the process?
With modern software modules such as Dox42 or Theobald Software, intuitive interfaces for automating SAP document creation can be configured without much programming effort, e.g. in interaction with MS Office or SharePoint.
One example is a chatbot interface to communicate with SAP. The Dox42 and Theobald Software components in the background allow you to tell the system that you want to create an order, specify data such as the material, and generate a document.
The user does everything in the chat interface and the personalized document is automatically created, stored in SharePoint and sent. Especially for documents that require data from different systems such as Office 365 or SharePoint, this saves training effort, shortens communication channels and enables independent work.
