Sign digitally and accelerate sales processes

Use of the customizable solution
"About five years ago, we started to digitize and standardize the distribution agreements in individual countries. Digital signatures were also particularly important to us. The decisive factor was the elimination of the high volume of paper files and the sometimes lengthy approval processes. The new processes were first introduced in Austria and Switzerland, followed by Italy, and other countries are about to implement the customizable solution. The cu solution is to be deployed gradually throughout the company.

Whereas in the past there was a paper file for every sales agreement with dealers and associations, which often also had to be sent by mail and always signed by hand, the processes are now fully digitalized.
"All important data is stored in cuContract, the agreement is created with our cuDocument Builder and played on the employee's tablet. At the customer a digital and secure signature takes place".explains Stefan Heins.
The digital signature is made via the tablet or, through the DocuSign application implemented in the cuSolution, also at any time via e-mail. At the same time, the solution provides an overview of all existing agreements and an interface to the relevant BSH systems such as the billing tool.
