Connecting Digital Health
This year, the DMEA will take place virtually and offer the opportunity for exchange, information and further education. The trade audience can expect an extensive program focusing on the congress, continuing education and networking - including more than 100 keynotes, panels and presentations.
To make it easier for the audience to make their choice, topic tracks divide the program according to focus: from digital medicine and care, technology and interoperability, and healthcare delivery to politics and regulation to perspectives and careers. This year, DMEA will open with a keynote address by German Federal Minister of Health Jens Spahn.
Other highlights include a keynote by Galia Barkai, head of the Telemedicine Innovation Hub at Israel's Sheba Hospital, and a review of the #WirvsVirus hackathon from the perspective of open innovation. Other topics include digitization in hospitals in the key year 2021 and a conclusion after half a year of Digital Health Applications (DiGA).
The DMEA pre-program already started at the end of May: Here, companies present their solutions and projects in digital tours on topics such as medical technology meets IT, digitalization in care and AI in healthcare. The entire DMEA program will be available to all ticket holders after the event.
