Workday announces that around 1000 companies are already using its Skills Cloud. This enables them to recruit, develop and retain new talent more effectively. At the same time, Workday offers a solution, the Skills Foundation, for companies to support their customers in the rapid introduction of the skills infrastructure, which includes the Skills Cloud, Talent Marketplace and Career Hub.
The Skills Cloud, which is included in Workday HCM, updates dynamically across the entire employee journey to map the development of new skills and support companies in the continuous development of skills-based HR strategies. This includes the ability to access real-time data on both existing and missing skills. This enables companies to respond better to business requirements.
