Arvato Systems relies on generative AI with Microsoft
Arvato Systems and Microsoft are working together to support companies in the use of generative artificial intelligence. In addition to their established expertise in consulting on the implementation of artificial intelligence, they present an expanded, holistic service portfolio.
Arvato Systems uses Microsoft's technology stack to support companies in the use of generative AI. With the Microsoft Azure OpenAI service, data scientists and software developers can embed powerful language models such as chat GPT into enterprise applications. With the provision of the M365 copilot, generative AI has now also arrived directly in the everyday office life of end users. To help companies develop suitable strategies and specific use cases for generative AI, Arvato Systems uses Microsoft technologies within an extended service portfolio.
To complement the tool stack, Arvato Systems is presenting "AILA-Knowledge" based on Microsoft Azure. The new service enables efficient knowledge management in companies by combining internal documents and content with the OpenAI language model. Users receive precise answers to their questions in a matter of seconds, including specific sources. This leads to improved information availability and increases productivity, for example in customer support, field service, production or compliance management.
