The actual working hours of the external service provider are automatically included in the invoice processing so that a time-consuming check is no longer necessary at the end.
The business partner's service entry sheet is transferred directly to SAP, the service is assigned to the order and the time spent is automatically recorded.
Thanks to the service sheet number, the invoice is available with an order reference and is automatically posted if required. In all cases where approval is required, an issue needs to be clarified or an employee needs to be informed, workflows are used to handle and accelerate these processes electronically.
