Everything compliant? A legitimate question
In order to ensure audit security during audits and to create the best possible data protection, Sivis Suite reduces the complex administrative effort involved in SAP systems, users and their authorizations to the essentials.
The new version Sivis 6.0 not only unifies the Sivis Managers in one web portal with a common look and feel, but also offers new features.
The browser-enabled solution reduces operation to three interfaces: Lists, summaries and detailed forms - all child's play to operate via a browser, tablet or smartphone.
New users are quickly created on the required target systems and assigned the necessary authorizations. Intuitive wizards simplify user guidance. They guide even non-experts through the application process step by step.
There are new highlights in the Sivis managers Compliance Manager, Reduction Manager and Extension Manager. They simplify Sivis 6.0 and lead to a new ease in handling the complex software solution.
Sivis Compliance Manager has over 500 predefined audit queries - configurable for each company according to its needs. A new feature is a clear system status that provides information on the type and number of audit violations at any time.
The Sivis Reduction Manager calculates fully automatically which person-job assignments can be deleted because they are no longer needed, used or have become unnecessary due to overlapping, and makes suggestions to the user.
The Sivis Extension Manager is available for the automatic analysis of missing authorizations. It takes the most suitable default values from a hit list.
Effect:
an accelerated authorization concept without time-consuming analyses. However, if problems occur when assigning authorizations, a support form can now be called up via a simple transaction. This triggers a workflow that automatically proposes solutions for the corresponding problem.
A new go-live monitor provides an overview of which users can be safely switched to a new authorization concept. A certain amount of time is recorded to determine whether the future authorizations meet everyday needs.
The working user is unaware of this and is not disturbed in the performance of his or her activities. Another feature of the Compliance Manager is that it checks for possible violations, such as segregation of duty (dual control), as early as the application process when selecting new authorizations. This prevents audit conflicts at an early stage of the application process.
