Learning concepts
In addition to all products and services from its own portfolio, SAP also sells all supplements and extensions developed by SAP partners on this online marketplace. LXP fits into this as a complementary integration for the Learning Management System (LMS) that SAP offers as part of SuccessFactors. This combination of the two technologies makes it possible for customers, particularly those in the large enterprise segment, to centrally process not only the curation of comprehensively personalized learning concepts, but also the recording of the inventory of all learning content used by their workforce, and in this course also to derive the necessary insights for the targeted planning of upskilling and personnel requirements.
LXP is currently used by more than eight million learners from more than 200 countries. The inclusion of Degreed in the SAP Store is the consequence of the cooperation that has linked SAP and Degreed for several years. It is a testament to the necessary functional strength and thus maturity of LXP to be used extensively in the environment of large and multinational players. Rigid, strictly formalized catalogs and courses are being replaced by a concept that motivates employees to learn via all formats that appeal to them.
To date, more than 130,000 learning paths and online curations of learning content for specific skills have been completed. In turn, this has resulted in a total of more than 17 million skill ratings, on the basis of which a person's individual skills are rated on the platform by colleagues, superiors and others, or determined in the course of examinations. Degreed is an SAP partner within the PartnerEdge program.
