SAP has introduced a range of resources, services, and financial incentives to help customers move to the cloud and keep up with the pace of innovation. The “RISE with SAP Migration and Modernization” program provides support for two fundamental issues companies face when moving to the cloud: scale and cost. After moving to the cloud, SAP takes over managing customers’ systems, ensuring greater reliability, security, and compliance. Whether using ERP Central Component (ECC) or S/4 Hana, the program provides digital self-service tools and staff-assisted services from preparation to go-live.

To recognize customers' investments and offset their migration and transformation costs, SAP is announcing a limited time offer that will enable companies to reduce migration costs by up to 50 percent and achieve more added value at a faster rate. Through the end of 2024, S/4 Hana and ECC customers who migrate to RISE or GROW will receive special credits that can be applied to maintenance fees, cloud services, or cloud subscriptions. This offer applies to S/4 Hana Cloud and business domain solutions, including supply chain management, HR and expense management, CRM, business transformation tools, and the BTP (Business Technology Platform) with its extension options.

The new S/4 Hana Cloud Safekeeper service is available for customers who require more time for a full migration. The service is designed to meet the needs of customers with older releases of S/4 Hana who are entering the custom maintenance phase. With S/4 Hana Cloud Safekeeper, customers can prepare their systems for an upgrade to the latest version of S/4 Hana. S/4 Hana Cloud Safekeeper includes upgrade services and infrastructure optimization.

"By adding financial incentives and support to RISE with SAP, SAP is reaffirming its promise to actively support customers on their journey to the cloud and make the transition easier. We at DSAG appreciate this initiative and the goodwill shown by SAP.
