Molecular Health, a biomedical company, uses analytics to deliver medical and therapeutic services. They previously relied on a Suse Linux platform to support Hana for their clinical data warehouse, but had availability issues.
Digital transformation requires standardization of IT landscapes and automation of processes. The SAP world is no exception. And with standard tools like Red Hat Ansible, quick wins don't have to remain a vision.
The digital transformation with new technological architectures is occupying almost all companies. As a result, there is also a need to renew SAP as the basis for corporate management that has evolved over decades.
SAP is building the intelligent enterprise. Red Hat supports this strategy, end to end. The upcoming modernization includes drastic changes. They concern the migration to Hana and that of the existing SAP applications including custom code to S/4.
For a long time, Linux was the only open source component in the SAP community. Red Hat, on the other hand, presents a perfect open source platform. Peter M. Färbinger spoke with Jochen Glaser, Global Head of SAP Business at Red Hat, about this unique solution offering.

Working on the SAP basis is crucial for successful S/4 conversion. 

This gives the Competence Center strategic importance for existing SAP customers. Regardless of the S/4 Hana operating model, topics such as Automation, Monitoring, Security, Application Lifecycle Management and Data Management the basis for S/4 operations.

For the second time, E3 magazine is organizing a summit for the SAP community in Salzburg to provide comprehensive information on all aspects of S/4 Hana groundwork.
