Book tips - IT law
IT law
The internet is increasingly being used via very fast data connections - and storage space on servers has also continued to increase in recent years. Both developments mean that we now upload and download large amounts of data such as films or music as a matter of course. But there are also a few things to bear in mind on the Internet. Many things are possible, but not everything that is possible is permitted. Laws also apply on the Internet, such as personal rights, the right to one's own image, copyright and, of course, criminal law. Internet law (also known as online law) deals with the legal problems associated with the use of the Internet. It is not a separate area of law, but is the interface between all areas of law in the field of the Internet. This patchwork of existing, new and overlapping laws can quickly become a pitfall for companies. Preparation is the key to legally compliant IT.
"The greatest enemy of right is privilege." - Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach (1830-1916) was a writer.
