The German start-up has created a solution for real-time monitoring of service-related processes with the development of Smart SLAs.
Particularly complex systems with a large number of sub-suppliers thus remain controllable, manageable and traceable. The embedded blockchain component makes the SLA proof secure against any manipulation; time-consuming manual checks and approval processes are no longer necessary.
Work is now underway with NTT Data to seamlessly integrate Smart SLAs into existing IT service management processes to better manage and document service performance.
In addition, quality-related KPIs can be linked and measured, validated and evaluated against targets in real time. Follow-up activities such as invoice releases can also be triggered and monitored fully automatically depending on the respective SLA achievement.
