The S/4 migration will reach a milestone in 2026: over half of companies will have completed the changeover. AI-supported tools and public cloud models will accelerate the process - and change the role of IT service providers.
AI will fundamentally change the business of IT service providers—not only in testing and software development, but also in consulting. Experienced consultants will benefit, but junior consultants will find it more difficult to get started at first.
Geopolitical turbulence is having an impact on the future direction of companies' IT strategies. Sovereignty is the order of the day. What can business application providers contribute?

Working on the SAP basis is crucial for successful S/4 conversion.

This gives the Competence Center strategic importance for existing SAP customers. Regardless of the S/4 Hana operating model, topics such as Automation, Monitoring, Security, Application Lifecycle Management and Data Management the basis for S/4 operations.

For the fourth time, E3 magazine is organizing a summit for the SAP community in Salzburg to provide comprehensive information on all aspects of S/4 Hana groundwork.
