Welcome to the digital world: where software solutions automatically capture incoming business documents such as order confirmations or shipping notifications while we can devote ourselves to other tasks.
Atlas Copco IAS has fully automated document processing in purchase-to-pay - from order confirmation to delivery bill to invoice. The optimization efforts originally started from the accounting department.

When a user bursts into such enthusiasm at the sight of new software, it speaks for the solution. In this case, for the solution from Tangro, which is in use at Hammerer Aluminium Industries, HAI for short, for the automated processing of incoming invoices.
IT not as a vicarious agent, but as a process driver - with this mindset and SAP S/4 as a basis, the Weig Group has set out to master the digital transformation. One important goal: greater efficiency and transparency for business processes.
While many companies already leverage automated invoicing or are preparing to do so, the digitalization of other document processes is still nowhere to be seen.
According to a recent study, almost half of all companies are planning digitization projects in the next two years. Many simply do not know which solution approach is the right one.
For over 100 years, Feller has been producing and developing switches, sockets and controls for lighting and communication. The Swiss electrical engineering supplier also wants to meet the quality standards for its control solutions in its procurement processes. In document processing, it therefore relied on an automated solution in SAP.

Working on the SAP basis is crucial for successful S/4 conversion.

This gives the Competence Center strategic importance for existing SAP customers. Regardless of the S/4 Hana operating model, topics such as Automation, Monitoring, Security, Application Lifecycle Management and Data Management the basis for S/4 operations.
