Data Migration Services opens JiVS IMP Lounge
On their journey towards S/4 Hana, customers are faced with the challenge of how to deal with the data and documents in their existing systems.
For legal reasons, these may not be changed or deleted before the prescribed retention periods have expired. However, continuing to operate legacy systems for this reason is not an option.
This also applies to the frequently chosen option of significantly scaling back legacy systems and freezing them, as it were, during the legally prescribed retention periods. At first glance, there does not appear to be a good solution to this problem.
"The migration to S/4 Hana presents business leaders and SAP experts with problems that resemble the seemingly unsolvable tasks of secret agents as we all know them from movies"
says Thomas Failer, founder of Data Migration Services.
"The fact that things always turn out well in the end is down to two things: superior technology combined with charm, intelligence and a high level of commitment.
With our JiVS IMP Lounge at the SAP headquarters in Regensdorf, we are creating an atmosphere in which all these success factors can be experienced. The goal is clear:
Managers and those responsible for migration should only leave the lounge again once we have jointly developed and found an individually tailored solution based on our JiVS IMP information management platform."
If all legacy data and documents are transferred to an independent platform, the impossible becomes possible.
"The JiVS IMP Edition for S/4 Hana is our smart, agile and elegant solution for one of the biggest challenges in the migration to the new SAP world"
Thomas Failer emphasizes.
"But nothing convinces decision-makers more than the experience and recommendations of colleagues. That's why we not only offer online access to all demo systems and development environments from JiVS IMP in our JiVS IMP Lounge, but also present our customers' use cases. Because in the JiVS IMP Lounge, the focus is on the customer and their individual requirements."
