Joint cutting-edge research
Celonis gave the go-ahead for a new location on the Melaten campus of the Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule (RWTH) Aachen: The Celonis Engineering and Innovation Lab Aachen is expected to deliver valuable synergy effects in the area of research and development as well as in the training of future specialists for process mining and execution management. The focus of the new lab is on the further development of process mining functionalities such as process recognition, predictive analytics, data-driven simulation and machine learning. The aim is to drive innovation and new approaches to process mining and execution management in close collaboration with scientists at RWTH Aachen University.

than 47,000 students, Celonis is the largest university for technical studies in Germany. Celonis plans joint research projects, PhD positions, lectures, seminars and events with the university. Students also have the opportunity to experiment with Celonis software and large data sets.
This collaboration goes hand in hand with Celonis' Academic Alliance activities. Celonis is currently working with more than 600 educational institutions worldwide as part of this collaboration program for education, research and teaching in the field of process mining and execution management. The goal is to best prepare the next generation for the future of data-driven and intelligent business transformation. For example, the program provides students, faculty and researchers with free access to Celonis technology and certification programs.
