Fortmann, ambassadeur pour le th\u00e8me du monde du travail du futur au sein du BVDW :<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Les comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques doivent \u00eatre enseign\u00e9es partout, en particulier dans les \u00e9coles et les universit\u00e9s\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>L'expression \"apprentissage tout au long de la vie\" devient une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 incontournable, tant du point de vue des collaborateurs que de celui de l'entreprise\".<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Des exigences totalement nouvelles<\/h3>\n<p>Les professions \u00e9tablies commencent \u00e0 se transformer, de nouveaux profils professionnels apparaissent et la complexit\u00e9 des exigences de travail augmente - le march\u00e9 du travail \u00e9volue \u00e0 une vitesse sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p>\n<p>L'automatisation supprime d\u00e9j\u00e0 principalement les activit\u00e9s \u00e0 haut degr\u00e9 de routine.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Le march\u00e9 du travail de demain pose de toutes nouvelles exigences en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences des employ\u00e9s. De nombreux emplois n'existeront plus, mais de nouveaux seront cr\u00e9\u00e9s - nous devons nous y pr\u00e9parer d\u00e8s maintenant et transmettre les comp\u00e9tences correspondantes\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les structures organisationnelles devraient \u00e9galement en tenir compte :<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Le monde du bureau est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en train de changer : nous avons de plus en plus de concepts d'espace qui n'offrent plus de place pour tous les collaborateurs en m\u00eame temps et dans lesquels on ne s'assoit pas non plus tous les jours \u00e0 la m\u00eame table\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, les exigences des travailleurs vis-\u00e0-vis de leur propre m\u00e9thode de travail ainsi que celles des employeurs \u00e9voluent \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Les crit\u00e8res tels que le salaire et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 perdent de plus en plus d'importance\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p>constate Fortmann.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Par 'bon travail', la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration montante entend que les employeurs lui offrent des possibilit\u00e9s diff\u00e9renci\u00e9es de d\u00e9veloppement personnel et de formation continue, des horaires de travail flexibles, des comptes \u00e9pargne-temps, des cong\u00e9s parentaux ou des cong\u00e9s sabbatiques\".<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il est d\u00e9sormais \u00e9vident que la num\u00e9risation du monde du travail va bien au-del\u00e0 du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et des s\u00e9minaires en ligne.
