En d'autres termes, lorsque quelqu'un est vraiment en difficult\u00e9, il se met \u00e0 faire des choses qui sont compl\u00e8tement en dehors de sa nature. Nous ne sugg\u00e9rons pas que Deloitte est proche de la fin, mais avec leur tentative d'offrir la 'solution organisationnelle' de l'organisation adaptable, ils sont loin de leur zone de confort. Ils tentent de faire partie d'un changement de paradigme sans aucune compr\u00e9hension de la science requise. Nous sommes certains qu'ils ne s'int\u00e9ressent pas \u00e0 tout ce qu'une entreprise de boutique de scientifiques organisationnels a \u00e0 dire, alors jetons un coup d'\u0153il critique \u00e0 leur
