Ce qui, soyons honn\u00eates, est clairement une tentative de SAP de faire une vertu de n\u00e9cessit\u00e9. L'entreprise ERP a fait un pari en rachetant Qualtrics pour 8 milliards de dollars US alors que les estimations initiales situaient sa valeur de march\u00e9 entre 4 et 5 milliards de dollars US, et elle n'a pas pay\u00e9. Il faut du courage pour admettre cela, et je respecte la d\u00e9cision de Christian Klein, CEO de SAP. Une partie de la raison pour laquelle je le fais est que ce n'\u00e9tait clairement pas l'id\u00e9e des clients. La d\u00e9cision de Klein est un exemple rare o\u00f9 lui et son \u00e9quipe de direction n'ont pas fait confiance aux clients pour mettre en \u00e9vidence les points faibles - mais il reste encore
