L'objectif \u00e9tait de mieux comprendre l'attitude des employ\u00e9s des grandes entreprises aux \u00c9tats-Unis et en Europe vis-\u00e0-vis des technologies d'automatisation des activit\u00e9s et de l'\"humanisation\" de la relation client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec la pand\u00e9mie de Covid 19, cette question devient encore plus urgente pour les organisations. Les directives actuelles en mati\u00e8re de social distancing - qui s\u00e9parent les entreprises de leurs clients - mettent en \u00e9vidence la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'exploiter le potentiel des technologies pour renforcer les relations avec les clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La question centrale est de savoir si les technologies d'automatisation des activit\u00e9s cr\u00e9ent de meilleures exp\u00e9riences pour les clients, permettant ainsi aux entreprises de mieux anticiper et satisfaire les besoins de leurs clients - et de cr\u00e9er ainsi des relations plus solides avec eux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>82 % des participants \u00e0 l'\u00e9tude s'accordent \u00e0 dire que les entreprises doivent se concentrer sur l'augmentation du facteur humain dans le cadre de l'interaction avec le client. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, seuls quatre r\u00e9pondants sur dix consid\u00e8rent que la mani\u00e8re dont leur entreprise utilise l'automatisation est \"tr\u00e8s utile\" pour \u00e9tablir des relations plus fortes avec les clients.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\"Seulement dans une certaine mesure\", r\u00e9pondent 65 pour cent des participants \u00e0 une \u00e9tude Appian.
