C'est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le une \u00e9tude de ServiceNow.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"De mon point de vue personnel, les DSI jouent un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif dans la mise en \u0153uvre des strat\u00e9gies de num\u00e9risation - m\u00eame ou surtout ici en Allemagne. Les DSI sont toutefois confront\u00e9s au d\u00e9fi d'exploiter pleinement l'impact potentiel de la num\u00e9risation. La raison en est que des points faibles dans l'entreprise sapent la strat\u00e9gie de num\u00e9risation. Les chiffres le prouvent \u00e9galement pour l'Allemagne.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Pour qu'une strat\u00e9gie de num\u00e9risation puisse vraiment faire la diff\u00e9rence, les DSI doivent s'int\u00e9resser aux personnes et aux processus de l'entreprise. C'est un d\u00e9fi d'int\u00e9grer l'informatique dans tous les domaines d'activit\u00e9 et de relier les objectifs informatiques et commerciaux. S'ils y parviennent, les DSI pourront am\u00e9liorer l'innovation, les r\u00e9sultats commerciaux et les performances des employ\u00e9s\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p>commente John Donahoe, PDG de
