Tout cela a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience d'achat positive.<br \/>\nFid\u00e9liser les clients responsables<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si les exigences peuvent varier d'une forme de commerce \u00e0 l'autre, une bonne exp\u00e9rience client est le pilier de la fid\u00e9lisation de la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p>C'\u00e9tait ainsi, c'est ainsi et il n'en sera jamais autrement. \u00c0 l'\u00e8re du num\u00e9rique, assurer une exp\u00e9rience client positive est plus que jamais un d\u00e9fi.<\/p>\n<p>Les clients sont parfaitement inform\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Internet, leurs attentes et leurs besoins sont en constante \u00e9volution, dont la vitesse est notamment d\u00e9finie par le progr\u00e8s technique.<\/p>\n<h3>Comme on gagne, on perd<\/h3>\n<p>De plus, les clients peuvent par exemple s'exprimer sur leurs exp\u00e9riences via leurs canaux de m\u00e9dias sociaux. En raison de l'extr\u00eame dynamisme de la communication num\u00e9rique, les affaires peuvent ainsi \u00eatre stimul\u00e9es ou nettement affect\u00e9es en un clin d'\u0153il.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd'hui, la construction d'une bonne r\u00e9putation peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s rapide, mais en contrepartie, elle peut \u00eatre ruin\u00e9e plus rapidement que jamais. Tous les acteurs de l'\u00e9conomie sont aujourd'hui sous surveillance permanente, et le commerce n'\u00e9chappe pas \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9poque o\u00f9 il ne s'agissait \"que\" de bien pr\u00e9senter et d\u00e9crire les produits est r\u00e9volue depuis longtemps. Les clients veulent \u00eatre abord\u00e9s individuellement et attendent des offres adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 leurs besoins.<\/p>\n<p>Ils veulent un conseil et un suivi optimaux avant l'achat, dans le d\u00e9roulement (de l'exp\u00e9dition) et aussi en cas de retours - tout doit se d\u00e9rouler aussi confortablement et sans probl\u00e8me que possible.<\/p>\n<h3>Apr\u00e8s l'achat, c'est avant l'achat<\/h3>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tous les d\u00e9fis, il y a aussi des facilit\u00e9s \u00e9videntes - il n'a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi facile de rester en contact avec les clients afin de consolider leur fid\u00e9lit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cela commence par la simple lettre d'information et se poursuit par des offres individuelles planifi\u00e9es dans le temps et au niveau du contenu et de la strat\u00e9gie. Le commerce doit simplement jouer cette carte, et il y a certainement encore du retard \u00e0 rattraper dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n<h3>La globalit\u00e9 est un atout<\/h3>\n<p>L'exp\u00e9rience client concerne donc presque tous les processus du commerce et est donc le moteur central de la transformation num\u00e9rique du secteur.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne peux que conseiller aux commer\u00e7ants d'adopter une approche globale pour garantir durablement une exp\u00e9rience client positive.
