Selon une \u00e9tude comparative r\u00e9cente, elles sont de plus en plus nombreuses \u00e0 devoir \u00eatre red\u00e9finies.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l'enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de plus de 200 responsables des ventes et du marketing, seul un cinqui\u00e8me d'entre eux est tr\u00e8s satisfait de leur situation actuelle en mati\u00e8re de gestion de la client\u00e8le, et pour 31% d'entre eux, c'est le cas avec certaines restrictions.<\/p>\n<p>La part des entreprises qui sont clairement insatisfaites des conditions de CRM a donc augment\u00e9 de 11% en un an. Les principales raisons des \u00e9valuations critiques de la part des utilisateurs r\u00e9sident surtout dans les faiblesses \u00e9videntes des processus CRM.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce domaine, sept personnes interrog\u00e9es sur dix estiment qu'il y a un net besoin d'optimisation. Il en va de m\u00eame pour l'orientation strat\u00e9gique de la gestion de la client\u00e8le qui, selon 68 %, n'est actuellement pas assez
