{"id":61836,"date":"2015-07-03T14:04:41","date_gmt":"2015-07-03T12:04:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/e3mag.com\/?p=61836"},"modified":"2019-08-02T14:08:15","modified_gmt":"2019-08-02T12:08:15","slug":"les-etudiants-de-hpi-remportent-le-premier-prix-avec-une-application-dattente-intelligente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/e3mag.com\/fr\/hpi-studenten-gewinnen-hauptpreis-mit-smarter-warten-app\/","title":{"rendered":"Des \u00e9tudiants de l'HPI remportent le premier prix avec l'application Smarter Waiting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Carl Ambroselli (21 ans), Markus Petrykowski (23 ans) et Stephan Schultz (22 ans) ont re\u00e7u le premier prix lors du \"Hack and Wear Hackathon\" de Berlin, organis\u00e9 pendant trois jours par les entreprises Salesforce et Accenture.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Beaucoup de consommateurs d\u00e9testent rester assis longtemps en attendant leur tour pour une coupe de cheveux ou une visite chez le m\u00e9decin\"<\/em><\/p>\n<p>explique Ambroselli.<\/p>\n<p>L'application \"IntelliQ\" d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e avec ses camarades de Bachelor (<a href=\"https:\/\/intelliq.me\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/intelliq.me<\/a>) est un syst\u00e8me intelligent qui permet aux clients de se connecter num\u00e9riquement \u00e0 la file d'attente d'un fournisseur de produits ou de services situ\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s que l'on sait quand son tour viendra, le client re\u00e7oit un message sur son appareil mobile et peut voir combien de temps il reste avant son tour.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Pendant ce temps, le client peut aller prendre un caf\u00e9 ou faire autre chose\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p>dit Ambroselli.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tudiants de l'HPI sont certains que les entreprises et les cabinets m\u00e9dicaux qui utilisent cette gestion intelligente des files d'attente \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception seront \u00e0 l'avenir plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s par les consommateurs.
