Les inscriptions sur les r\u00e9seaux professionnels tels que Xing ou LinkedIn sont plus souvent \u00e9valu\u00e9es (39 pour cent) que celles \u00e0 caract\u00e8re plut\u00f4t priv\u00e9 comme Facebook ou Twitter (24 pour cent).<\/p>\n<p>C'est le r\u00e9sultat d'une enqu\u00eate repr\u00e9sentative men\u00e9e \u00e0 la demande de l'association num\u00e9rique Bitkom aupr\u00e8s de 408 responsables des ressources humaines dans des entreprises de 50 salari\u00e9s et plus.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Les profils sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux sont souvent plus parlants qu'une courte candidature. C'est pourquoi les d\u00e9partements des ressources humaines y recourront encore plus souvent \u00e0 l'avenir pour se faire une id\u00e9e des candidats\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p>d\u00e9clare le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Bitkom, Bernhard Rohleder.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Un profil d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment soign\u00e9 peut compl\u00e9ter le dossier de candidature, souligner ses propres qualifications et compl\u00e9ter l'image d'un candidat\".<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9couvrir les contradictions<\/h3>\n<p>Plus d'un recruteur sur sept (15%) qui consulte les profils des candidats sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux a d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas convoquer un candidat \u00e0 un entretien ou de ne pas lui proposer un poste suite \u00e0 une v\u00e9rification en ligne.<\/p>\n<p>90 pour cent de ces d\u00e9cideurs en mati\u00e8re de personnel citent des contradictions avec les dossiers de candidature comme raison de leur d\u00e9cision. Une personne sur trois (32%) rapporte des propos professionnels incomp\u00e9tents de la part des candidats, 6% ont rencontr\u00e9 des propos insultants.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, les convictions politiques du candidat ou les photos de soir\u00e9es bien arros\u00e9es ne jouent aucun r\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Aucun recruteur n'est assez fou pour \u00e9carter des candidats parce qu'ils font la f\u00eate. Mais il y a des limites \u00e0 ce qui doit \u00eatre mis en ligne publiquement\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p>a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Rohleder.<\/p>\n<h3>Il s'agit de qualifications<\/h3>\n<p>Lors de l'examen des profils sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux, les qualifications professionnelles (89 %), les d\u00e9clarations publiques sur des sujets sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s (72 %) et sur l'entreprise ou ses concurrents (56 %) sont au centre de l'int\u00e9r\u00eat.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s d'une personne sur deux (44 %) fait \u00e9galement attention aux hobbies ou aux activit\u00e9s priv\u00e9es des candidats, 34 % regardent de tr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s les photos publi\u00e9es.
