Mais que r\u00e9v\u00e8le le nombre de brevets d\u00e9pos\u00e9s sur la qualit\u00e9 des inventions ?<\/p>\n<p>Pour les entreprises qui souhaitent proposer des solutions industrielles 4.0 en Chine, il est essentiel de savoir dans quels domaines la Chine a d\u00e9j\u00e0 annonc\u00e9 de s\u00e9rieuses innovations.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de la veille technologique et des brevets China TechWatch, le Fraunhofer IAO a analys\u00e9 environ 1 700 documents de brevets chinois publi\u00e9s entre janvier 2013 et avril 2015 sur les technologies industrielles 4.0.<\/p>\n<p>Des experts en technologie ont filtr\u00e9 les 50 inventions les plus importantes, les ont traduites, r\u00e9sum\u00e9es manuellement et \u00e9valu\u00e9es. Dans le domaine des r\u00e9seaux de capteurs sans fil industriels \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, les inventeurs chinois ont d\u00e9pos\u00e9 d'importants brevets de base au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>De nouvelles approches pour l'exploitation de r\u00e9seaux industriels fiables et efficaces sur le plan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es par des institutions de premier plan comme le SIA (Shenyang Institute of Automation) et prot\u00e9g\u00e9es par un brevet.<\/p>\n<p>Le plus grand fabricant chinois de robots, Siasun, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 environ 140 inventions par an au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. En outre, quelque 300 autres fabricants chinois de robots sont actifs.<\/p>\n<p>La Chine est \u00e9galement l'un des grands acteurs dans le domaine du Big Data : outre les g\u00e9ants de l'Internet comme Alibaba ou Tencent, des entreprises moins connues ont d\u00e9pos\u00e9 des brevets importants sur les m\u00e9thodes de traitement des donn\u00e9es Big Data et sur l'am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, par exemple gr\u00e2ce au cryptage quantique.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui frappe, c'est le niveau d'innovation relativement faible des demandes de brevets et de mod\u00e8les d'utilit\u00e9 lorsqu'il s'agit de l'application des technologies de l'industrie 4.0. Ainsi, de nombreuses inventions de faible nouveaut\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9es, qui sont en outre g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement formul\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s impr\u00e9cise.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Pour les entreprises internationales, cela repr\u00e9sente d'une part une opportunit\u00e9 de marquer des points sur le march\u00e9 chinois avec des solutions innovantes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> D'autre part, les inventeurs chinois disposent d'un grand nombre de droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle triviaux mais actifs.
