La possibilit\u00e9 nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9e d'un \u00e9change r\u00e9gulier 1:1 entre les employ\u00e9s et les managers doit permettre de s'assurer que les activit\u00e9s, les performances et les objectifs sont sur la bonne voie, m\u00eame en cours d'ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Les entreprises modifient leurs processus de gestion de la performance \u00e0 un rythme effr\u00e9n\u00e9, for\u00e7ant les fournisseurs de solutions RH \u00e0 suivre le mouvement\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p>explique Josh Bersin, Principal de Bersin by Deloitte.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Des compl\u00e9ments tels que la gestion continue de la performance dans SAP SuccessFactors constituent un outil in\u00e9dit qui permet aux entreprises d'am\u00e9liorer l'agilit\u00e9, l'alignement et la motivation des employ\u00e9s dans le monde du travail moderne\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Selon Deloitte, 48 % des responsables RH interrog\u00e9s ont jug\u00e9 les processus de gestion des performances \"faibles\" en ce qui concerne leur contribution \u00e0 l'augmentation de la valeur ajout\u00e9e et \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration du feedback et du d\u00e9veloppement du personnel.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que l'accent est davantage mis sur l'\u00e9valuation des performances pass\u00e9es que sur l'influence des performances futures, les activit\u00e9s traditionnelles de gestion des performances sont souvent trop r\u00e9actives et rigides pour amener le personnel \u00e0 des performances \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de la sortie de SAP SuccessFactors au premier trimestre 2016, SAP SuccessFactors Performance &amp; Goals sera d\u00e9sormais dot\u00e9 de fonctionnalit\u00e9s de gestion continue de la performance qui permettront aux employ\u00e9s comme aux managers d'assurer facilement la concertation, le feedback et le coaching.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Comme certaines fonctions RH, la gestion de la performance est devenue au fil du temps lourde et trop compliqu\u00e9e - un rendez-vous annuel redout\u00e9 par beaucoup\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p>d\u00e9clare Mike Ettling, pr\u00e9sident de SuccessFactors.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"L'informatique nous permet aujourd'hui de g\u00e9rer cette situation de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente et de mieux r\u00e9pondre aux attentes de la plupart des salari\u00e9s de l'entreprise, qui souhaitent en effet des entretiens de performance plus r\u00e9guliers et plus pertinents. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Nous avons l'habitude d'\u00e9changer des opinions et des id\u00e9es dans nos r\u00e9seaux personnels. Pourquoi ne pourrions-nous pas \u00e9changer plus efficacement au travail \u00e9galement ?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> Je pense que si nous pla\u00e7ons les personnes au centre et les aidons - \u00e0 l'aide de la technologie actuelle - \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir, c'est toute l'entreprise qui aura finalement plus de succ\u00e8s\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La gestion continue de la performance dans SuccessFactors Performance &amp; Goals ouvre notamment les possibilit\u00e9s suivantes : Les employ\u00e9s peuvent assumer une plus grande responsabilit\u00e9 vis-\u00e0-vis de leurs performances - documenter les progr\u00e8s, enregistrer les performances et mieux s'aligner sur les objectifs de l'entreprise - afin d'obtenir le feedback et le coaching dont ils ont besoin pour atteindre et am\u00e9liorer leurs performances.<\/p>\n<p>Les managers peuvent avoir une vue d'ensemble de ce sur quoi leurs \u00e9quipes travaillent et donner des orientations r\u00e9guli\u00e8res et efficaces aux collaborateurs.
