Comme les employ\u00e9s font souvent l'avance des frais de d\u00e9placement, ils ont tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 se faire rembourser rapidement leurs d\u00e9penses.<\/p>\n<p>Si la facturation est automatis\u00e9e, le d\u00e9lai d'ex\u00e9cution d'une note de frais est d'environ une semaine en moyenne. Si le d\u00e9compte est effectu\u00e9 manuellement, les collaborateurs doivent attendre environ une demi-semaine de plus.<\/p>\n<p>Il n'est pas rare que cela prenne aussi deux \u00e0 trois semaines, surtout si les d\u00e9comptes sont erron\u00e9s. Les r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude le montrent : Plus le degr\u00e9 d'automatisation de la gestion des frais de d\u00e9placement est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus le voyageur d'affaires est rembours\u00e9 rapidement de ses d\u00e9penses.<\/p>\n<p>La qualit\u00e9 des notes de frais est un facteur d'influence essentiel pour le d\u00e9lai de traitement. Des d\u00e9comptes de voyage erron\u00e9s allongent le processus. Plus le taux d'erreurs est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus le remboursement prend du temps.<\/p>\n<p>Si l'entreprise dispose d'un logiciel de voyage, celui-ci saisit les donn\u00e9es avant m\u00eame le d\u00e9but du voyage et signale les probl\u00e8mes. Pendant la facturation, il suffit de compl\u00e9ter et de comparer les \u00e9critures avec les factures.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude, seuls sept pour cent des d\u00e9comptes sont contest\u00e9s dans les entreprises aux processus automatis\u00e9s, alors que dans les entreprises aux processus manuels, onze pour cent sont renvoy\u00e9s avec des erreurs et subissent \u00e0 nouveau
