Maintenant, les grandes entreprises veulent les suivre vers la terre promise.<\/p>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, des concepts de \"transformation num\u00e9rique\" ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9s avec enthousiasme. Des visions audacieuses et des concepts plus terre \u00e0 terre ont parfois vu le jour.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui semble si facile comme plan directeur dans les r\u00e9unions des d\u00e9partements de strat\u00e9gie et de d\u00e9veloppement commercial devient un v\u00e9ritable travail de for\u00e7at, au plus tard dans les mains des DSI. Car les besoins en mati\u00e8re d'int\u00e9gration et de gestion du changement sont \u00e9normes.<\/p>\n<p>Et cela demande beaucoup de nouvelles qualifications ainsi qu'un autre ensemble d'esprits que de nombreux fournisseurs et prestataires de services informatiques traditionnels ne peuvent malheureusement pas offrir \u00e0 leurs clients.<\/p>\n<p>Que faut-il donc pour r\u00e9ussir la transformation num\u00e9rique ? Et surtout, quel est le r\u00f4le de SAP dans tout cela ? Est-elle un facilitateur ou une pierre d'achoppement sur le chemin de l'entreprise num\u00e9rique ?<\/p>\n<h3>Le client d'abord ou le business as usual ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le slogan du congr\u00e8s annuel de la DSAG de cette ann\u00e9e est bien choisi.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, les keynotes de Marco Lenck, pr\u00e9sident du conseil d'administration de DSAG, et de Bernd Leukert, membre du conseil d'administration de SAP, sont enti\u00e8rement plac\u00e9es sous le signe de l'orientation client et de la num\u00e9risation et sont intitul\u00e9es \"Customer First\".<\/p>\n<p>Si l'on suit la suite de l'agenda, il appara\u00eet toutefois clairement que le th\u00e8me du \"changement num\u00e9rique\" ne pr\u00e9occupe encore personne au sein de la communaut\u00e9 SAP.<\/p>\n<p>Les th\u00e8mes classiques dominent la discussion et la question de savoir comment les partenaires SAP pr\u00e9parent leurs clients \u00e0 l'entreprise num\u00e9rique reste en arri\u00e8re-plan.<\/p>\n<p>SAP est incroyablement bien plac\u00e9 dans la course \u00e0 la transformation num\u00e9rique. En effet, rares sont les DSI et les Chief Digital Officer (CDO) nouvellement nomm\u00e9s qui affirmeront que la transformation num\u00e9rique des processus et des mod\u00e8les commerciaux peut \u00eatre couronn\u00e9e de succ\u00e8s et mener \u00e0 bien sans une int\u00e9gration dans les syst\u00e8mes back-end, c'est-\u00e0-dire SAP.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, le nom de SAP est rarement \u00e9voqu\u00e9 lors des discussions avec les d\u00e9cideurs. S<\/p>\n<p>our l'instant, ils ne misent pas sur SAP pour la conception moderne, bas\u00e9e sur le cloud, de la relation client num\u00e9rique, m\u00eame s'ils disposent de solutions ad\u00e9quates
