Thomas Rabe, pr\u00e9sident du conseil d'administration de Bertelsmann, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 propos du partenariat :<\/p>\n

\"Il s'agit d'une \u00e9tape importante dans le d\u00e9veloppement des activit\u00e9s CRM d'Arvato. La nouvelle entreprise d\u00e9tient de fortes positions sur le march\u00e9 en Europe, en Afrique et au Moyen-Orient, associ\u00e9es \u00e0 une pr\u00e9sence croissante en Am\u00e9rique et en Asie. <\/em><\/p>\n

Le nouveau groupe d'entreprises a donc des objectifs de croissance clairs et investira dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir dans la poursuite du d\u00e9veloppement de sa pr\u00e9sence mondiale et dans la transformation num\u00e9rique de l'ensemble de son portefeuille de services. Pour Bertelsmann, le partenariat d\u00e9sormais scell\u00e9 avec Saham offre en outre une cl\u00e9 d'acc\u00e8s aux march\u00e9s de croissance du continent africain\".<\/em><\/p>\n

Bertelsmann et Saham d\u00e9tiennent chacun 50 pour cent de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de services, qui a son si\u00e8ge au Luxembourg. La transaction y aff\u00e9rente a eu lieu d\u00e9but janvier.<\/p>\n

Avec la cl\u00f4ture officielle, la structure de direction de la nouvelle entreprise est \u00e9galement en place. Thomas Mackenbrock, qui \u00e9tait jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent responsable des activit\u00e9s CRM d'Arvato dans le monde entier, dirige la nouvelle entreprise en tant que CEO, comme cela avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9 en septembre.<\/p>\n

Saham est le pr\u00e9sident du conseil de surveillance de la nouvelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Bertelsmann compte au total quatre membres au sein du conseil, dont le PDG Thomas Rabe, et Saham trois repr\u00e9sentants.<\/p>\n
