Cet expert financier exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 quitte la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Blue Ocean Entertainment de Stuttgart, une filiale du groupe Burda, pour rejoindre Itelligence.<\/p>\n

\"Miachael-Dorin-ITelligence\"<\/a>Depuis 2013 d\u00e9j\u00e0, il y assume la responsabilit\u00e9 de directeur financier et, dans cette fonction, il a largement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la croissance consid\u00e9rable et \u00e0 l'internationalisation de la maison d'\u00e9dition.<\/p>\n

Entr\u00e9e en fonction au changement d'ann\u00e9e<\/h3>\n

Dorin succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Norbert Rotter, pr\u00e9sident du directoire depuis juillet, \u00e0 la fin de l'ann\u00e9e. Le pr\u00e9sident du conseil de surveillance, Friedrich Fleischmann, souhaite poursuivre avec Dorin et son coll\u00e8gue du directoire Rotter la strat\u00e9gie de croissance d'Itelligence en tant que soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de conseil SAP leader :<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s son baccalaur\u00e9at et une formation d'employ\u00e9 de banque, Dorin a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la gestion d'entreprise et l'\u00e9conomie \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9 de Bielefeld, o\u00f9 il a obtenu son doctorat en 2007.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s un passage chez KPMG, il a rejoint le d\u00e9partement Corporate Controlling and Strategy de Bertelsmann.<\/p>\n

En dernier lieu, il y \u00e9tait directeur du contr\u00f4le de gestion du groupe. En 2011, il a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re chez Blue Ocean Entertainment et a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 directeur financier en 2013.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
