{"id":50016,"date":"2018-09-05T08:00:38","date_gmt":"2018-09-05T06:00:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/e3mag.com\/?p=50016"},"modified":"2022-05-01T10:16:05","modified_gmt":"2022-05-01T08:16:05","slug":"avis-de-la-dsag-sur-le-c-4-hana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/e3mag.com\/fr\/avis-de-la-dsag-sur-le-c-4-hana\/","title":{"rendered":"Prise de position de DSAG sur C\/4 Hana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Selon les estimations du cabinet d'\u00e9tudes Gartner, le march\u00e9 du CRM (Customer Relationship Management) a atteint en 2017 environ 33,75 milliards d'euros, avec une tendance \u00e0 la hausse.<\/p>\n<p>Bient\u00f4t, le CRM pourrait donc rapporter plus que l'activit\u00e9 de base de donn\u00e9es et devenir ainsi l'un des plus grands march\u00e9s de logiciels au monde. Il est compr\u00e9hensible que SAP veuille mettre l'accent sur ce march\u00e9 dynamique. L'\u00e9diteur de logiciels doit montrer que C\/4 Hana est plus qu'un simple \"label marketing\".<\/p>\n<p>Avec C\/4 Hana, on attend un produit qui offre une approche de solution continue et int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, qui regroupe les solutions SAP dans le marketing, les ventes et le service client\u00e8le, qui sont devenues difficiles \u00e0 g\u00e9rer. Le pas vers la consolidation est juste et bon.<\/p>\n<p>En tant que repr\u00e9sentant des int\u00e9r\u00eats des utilisateurs SAP dans les pays germanophones, nous sommes convaincus que l'\u00e9diteur de logiciels est pr\u00eat \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis qui d\u00e9coulent de ce processus de consolidation.<\/p>\n<p>En particulier sur un march\u00e9 de clients existants, comme celui que nous avons dans la r\u00e9gion DACH, les questions relatives aux valeurs ajout\u00e9es, aux sc\u00e9narios de conversion et au soutien correspondant sont au centre des pr\u00e9occupations.<\/p>\n<p>Nous consid\u00e9rons qu'il est du devoir de SAP de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 temps \u00e0 ces questions et, en tant que communaut\u00e9 d'utilisateurs, nous sommes volontiers dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 apporter notre soutien dans ce domaine.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lors de la conf\u00e9rence des utilisateurs Sapphire, SAP a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le nouveau progiciel C\/4 Hana.
