Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la composante blockchain int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, la preuve SLA est s\u00e9curis\u00e9e contre toute manipulation ; les contr\u00f4les manuels et les processus de validation qui prennent beaucoup de temps sont supprim\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En collaboration avec NTT Data, nous travaillons maintenant \u00e0 l'int\u00e9gration transparente des Smart SLAs dans les processus existants de gestion des services informatiques afin de mieux contr\u00f4ler et documenter les prestations de service.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, les indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance (KPI) li\u00e9s \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 peuvent \u00eatre reli\u00e9s, mesur\u00e9s en temps r\u00e9el, valid\u00e9s et \u00e9valu\u00e9s par rapport aux objectifs.
