services r\u00e9seau et informatiques BT sont confiants dans le fait que leurs programmes les aideront \u00e0 atteindre leurs objectifs strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>\n<p>Il s'agit notamment d'accro\u00eetre l'efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, d'am\u00e9liorer le service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le et d'innover pour l'avenir, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9tant un facteur de diff\u00e9renciation important.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 cela, 86% des PDG signalent qu'il est difficile de fournir l'infrastructure n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de leurs programmes
