Il en r\u00e9sulte deux t\u00e2ches principales : D'une part, les RH doivent pr\u00e9parer les cadres et les collaborateurs \u00e0 la num\u00e9risation croissante. D'autre part, les services RH doivent num\u00e9riser leurs propres processus et proc\u00e9dures beaucoup plus qu'ils ne l'ont fait jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n<p>\"Dans le domaine des RH, les syst\u00e8mes rigides, inflexibles et peu conviviaux dominent. Mais la tendance est clairement aux solutions mobiles, bas\u00e9es sur le cloud et aux apps. De nombreuses entreprises sont en train de poser les bons jalons dans ce domaine\".<\/p>\n<p>souligne Julian Mauhart.<\/p>\n<p>La faible automatisation des processus RH jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent a pour cons\u00e9quence qu'en Autriche, le travail RH op\u00e9rationnel reste au premier plan - la strat\u00e9gie est alors n\u00e9glig\u00e9e. Selon le benchmark RH de Deloitte, les d\u00e9partements RH autrichiens consacrent moins de la moiti\u00e9 de leur temps \u00e0 des sujets strat\u00e9giques et \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>C'est 20 % de moins que la moyenne internationale. La composition du personnel est \u00e9galement de plus en plus diversifi\u00e9e. Les millennials, qui ont des attentes \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement personnel, travaillent c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te avec les baby-boomers, qui se trouvent dans la derni\u00e8re partie de leur vie professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, le groupe cible des millennials a \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement n\u00e9glig\u00e9 par le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership.<\/p>\n<h3>Focalisation sur la fid\u00e9lisation du personnel<\/h3>\n<p>L'accent accru mis sur la fid\u00e9lisation et l'engagement des collaborateurs reste une tendance essentielle en mati\u00e8re de RH.
