Avec cet investissement, Information Builders entend renforcer sa position de leader sur le vaste march\u00e9 en pleine croissance des solutions de BI.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe d'investissement en capital priv\u00e9 est la plateforme d'investissement de Goldman Sachs qui fournit du capital junior aux entreprises en croissance et de taille moyenne en Am\u00e9rique du Nord. Le groupe est notamment dirig\u00e9 par Michael McGinn, Managing Director chez Goldman Sachs, qui rejoindra \u00e9galement l'Information Builders Board dans le cadre de cet investissement.<\/p>\n<p>Bregal Sagemount, une entreprise ayant une longue histoire d'investissements dans les logiciels, participe \u00e9galement au financement.<\/p>\n<p>\"Nous sommes tr\u00e8s
