{"id":146722,"date":"2024-11-05T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-11-05T06:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/e3mag.com\/?p=146722"},"modified":"2024-11-05T10:16:38","modified_gmt":"2024-11-05T09:16:38","slug":"pas-sans-mon-ccoe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/e3mag.com\/fr\/pas-sans-mon-ccoe\/","title":{"rendered":"Pas sans mon CCoE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les anciens de la communaut\u00e9 SAP connaissent bien le terme CCC. \u00c0 l'\u00e9poque de R\/3 et ECC, le Customer Competence Center \u00e9tait \u00e0 la fois un support de premier niveau, un centre de formation et un service de conseil dans le centre informatique des clients SAP existants. Le CCC avait une double fonction : il soulageait le support SAP et permettait en m\u00eame temps aux utilisateurs SAP de faire des \u00e9conomies sur les formations SAP. C'\u00e9tait l'une des rares situations gagnant-gagnant de la communaut\u00e9. Pour les utilisateurs SAP de longue date, le CCC existe toujours actuellement. Et l'avenir ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, l'association des utilisateurs SAP germanophones (DSAG e. V.) a organis\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e un forum CCC couronn\u00e9 de succ\u00e8s, o\u00f9 les directeurs informatiques, les DSI et les collaborateurs de la base SAP \u00e9changeaient des informations et apprenaient de nouvelles choses. L'un des interlocuteurs r\u00e9guliers du forum CCC \u00e9tait Gerd Oswald, ancien membre du conseil d'administration de SAP. Le forum a eu lieu pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es \u00e0 Salzbourg, avant de s'installer \u00e0 W\u00fcrzburg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cloud computing a chang\u00e9 la sc\u00e8ne informatique et la communaut\u00e9 SAP. Les partenaires SAP et certains utilisateurs pensaient qu'un CCC de type support de premier niveau R\/3 n'\u00e9tait plus n\u00e9cessaire. Pendant une courte p\u00e9riode, l'incertitude a r\u00e9gn\u00e9 au sein de la communaut\u00e9. En 2023, le magazine E3 a repris l'organisation, a rebaptis\u00e9 le forum CCC en SAP Competence Center Summit et a ramen\u00e9 l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e0 Salzbourg. Deux fois d\u00e9j\u00e0, le SAP CC Summit a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 avec beaucoup de succ\u00e8s, le<a href=\"https:\/\/e3mag.com\/de\/cc-summit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> prochain sommet<\/a> se tiendra \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 Salzbourg les 21 et 22 mai 2025. Des techniques comme l'IoT et l'IA sont venues s'ajouter. Le SolMan et le NetWeaver de l'\u00e8re R\/3 et ECC ont d\u00fb \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s. Actuellement, l'un des th\u00e8mes phares est le Cloud ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) avec les acquisitions SAP Signavio, LeanIX et WalkMe. La base SAP se voit attribuer de nouvelles t\u00e2ches dans les domaines des tests automatis\u00e9s, du monitoring et de Fiori. Il y a plus de t\u00e2ches qu'avant et le CCC est devenu le CCoE (Customer Center of Expertise). Le besoin d'information et d'\u00e9change d'opinions est rest\u00e9 le m\u00eame, c'est pourquoi le forum CCC existe sous la forme du <a href=\"https:\/\/e3mag.com\/de\/cc-summit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sommet des centres de comp\u00e9tences SAP<\/a> \u00e0 Salzbourg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CCoE est actuellement un th\u00e8me pour chaque client SAP existant et avec insistance pour les utilisateurs Rise-with-SAP. Le d\u00e9bat sur Rise lors du congr\u00e8s annuel DSAG 2024 \u00e0 Leipzig a montr\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 absolue d'un CCoE apr\u00e8s la conclusion du contrat : Avec Rise, le client existant se trouve dans une nouvelle situation par rapport \u00e0 SAP, d'o\u00f9 les futurs services Cloud seront activement appel\u00e9s par les utilisateurs. Ce syst\u00e8me de ticketing de l'utilisateur vers SAP n\u00e9cessite une base organisationnelle et op\u00e9rationnelle, ce qui sera l'une des t\u00e2ches les plus importantes du CCoE \u00e0 l'avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9 : pas de contrat Rise sans CCoE. Cette \u00e9volution est nouvelle et a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue visible pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 l'ensemble de la communaut\u00e9 SAP lors du congr\u00e8s de Leipzig. Outre les th\u00e8mes importants tels que l'automatisation, le Cloud ALM, le monitoring, Fiori, le Process Mining, l'architecture d'entreprise et l'IA, la gestion r\u00e9ussie du Cloud, du Rise et du Grow sera au centre de la gestion IT-ERP dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. Le Summit de Salzbourg est le meilleur endroit pour relever ces d\u00e9fis.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Clients SAP existants de la<br \/>\nR\/3 laissent pr\u00e9sager une fin de vie pour le CCC auquel on s'est attach\u00e9.
