Ce partenariat vise \u00e0 poursuivre la transformation num\u00e9rique du CX (Customer Experience) et \u00e0 aider les entreprises de la r\u00e9gion DACH \u00e0 offrir des interactions de service client de premier ordre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette collaboration doit permettre aux entreprises de cr\u00e9er des exp\u00e9riences clients personnalis\u00e9es et efficaces \u00e0 l'aide de la plateforme Conversational AI de Cognigy et de l'exp\u00e9rience de mise en \u0153uvre d'Infinit.CX.
