Le CoE vise \u00e0 adopter de nouvelles applications d'IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative dans la plateforme it.human de NTT Data, qui am\u00e9liore l'exp\u00e9rience client gr\u00e2ce aux capacit\u00e9s int\u00e9gr\u00e9es de Watsonx, \u00e0 l'apprentissage automatique, \u00e0 la reconnaissance vocale, au traitement du langage naturel et \u00e0 l'IA conversationnelle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, le projet commun b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie des ressources d'IBM en mati\u00e8re de formation, d'\u00e9ducation et de technologie, y compris IBM Cloud.
