Apr\u00e8s un carve-out d'un groupe plus important, l'entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 refond\u00e9e et s'est retrouv\u00e9e sans syst\u00e8mes informatiques ni nouvelle organisation commerciale. Mais apr\u00e8s un projet SAP Sales Cloud, les \u00e9quipes de vente ont d\u00e9sormais plus de visibilit\u00e9 et de fonctionnalit\u00e9s \u00e0 leur disposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La base d'un travail de vente moderne et r\u00e9ussi dans le secteur de la construction est la transparence des processus autour d'un projet de construction. Dans le secteur de la construction, il est courant de lancer des appels d'offres avec de nombreux interlocuteurs diff\u00e9rents dans le centre d'achat et de nombreux entrepreneurs potentiels qui r\u00e9digent des offres. Dans le cas de KWC, il peut s'agir par exemple d'installateurs qui demandent des prix afin de pouvoir \u00e9tablir des offres correspondantes. Si les installateurs viennent de diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions, KWC peut avoir des commerciaux diff\u00e9rents, voire des filiales dans diff\u00e9rents pays - et avec des prix diff\u00e9rents. Il en va de m\u00eame pour les architectes. \u00c0 cela s'ajoute le fait que chez KWC, les clients professionnels repr\u00e9sentent les secteurs les plus divers, de la gastronomie \u00e0 l'\u00e9quipement des h\u00f4pitaux en passant par les sanitaires et la gestion de l'eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Repr\u00e9senter des r\u00e9seaux de distribution aussi complexes est d\u00e9j\u00e0 un d\u00e9fi en soi, surtout sans outil de vente num\u00e9rique. \"Sauvegarder les masses de donn\u00e9es des anciens syst\u00e8mes et reconstruire un CRM qui n'offre pas seulement les anciennes fonctions \u00e0 notre service commercial, mais qui nous fait vraiment avancer, telle \u00e9tait la t\u00e2che. Nous avons ici largement profit\u00e9 de la profonde compr\u00e9hension des processus et de la grande exp\u00e9rience de Sybit dans le secteur de la construction. Ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cisif, c'est que gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une excellente communication, nous avons toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure, premi\u00e8rement, de d\u00e9finir la bonne port\u00e9e pour la mise en \u0153uvre et, deuxi\u00e8mement, de faire participer pleinement les collaborateurs\", d\u00e9clare David Kelling, Head of Business Applications Commercial chez KWC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'un des points forts pour KWC est l'utilisation du syst\u00e8me. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du projet, l'accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur ce qui \u00e9tait r\u00e9ellement utilis\u00e9 et n\u00e9cessaire - de la mise en page, qui est aujourd'hui uniforme dans tout le groupe, aux exigences en mati\u00e8re de reporting. David Kelling d\u00e9crit la performance entre le cloud public S\/4 Hana, introduit en m\u00eame temps, et le CRM comme \"de la folie. Les commerciaux n'y \u00e9taient pas habitu\u00e9s\".
