Le support standard propos\u00e9 jusqu'alors devait \u00eatre supprim\u00e9. Les utilisateurs suisses ne voulaient pas se laisser faire. Sans h\u00e9siter, 21 participants d'un cercle de DSI ont fond\u00e9 la communaut\u00e9 d'int\u00e9r\u00eats SAP Suisse (IG SAP CH). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs efforts communs et \u00e0 l'implication de la Commission de la concurrence (COMCO), ils ont pu convaincre le fournisseur ERP de maintenir le support standard apr\u00e8s 2008.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des actions ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es apr\u00e8s le \"choc du franc\" d\u00e9but 2015. Le Surveillant des prix a notamment contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 maintenir les co\u00fbts de maintenance \u00e0 un niveau stable. Selon les calculs de la CI SAP, l'\u00e9volution plus basse des pourcentages de maintenance permet aux membres suisses de la CI SAP d'\u00e9conomiser environ 16 millions de francs par an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 15 ans de direction de la CI SAP, Peter Hartmann (68 ans) passe le flambeau \u00e0 Remo Schneider, qui, \u00e0 50 ans, peut assurer les 15 prochaines ann\u00e9es. Remo Schneider s'est d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9chauff\u00e9 en 2023, il a \u00e9tabli et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les \u00e9valuations de l'enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s des clients. Il est pr\u00eat \u00e0 prendre le lead. Une transition en douceur est ainsi assur\u00e9e. L'IG SAP ne se consid\u00e8re pas comme une alternative \u00e0 la DSAG. Au contraire, les activit\u00e9s locales sont coordonn\u00e9es avec le groupe d'utilisateurs SAP germanophones et le compl\u00e8tent. L'IG SAP jouit d'une popularit\u00e9 remarquable. Au fil des ans, de nombreuses nouvelles entreprises ont rejoint le groupe d'int\u00e9r\u00eat, qui compte aujourd'hui environ 130 membres. L'augmentation du nombre de membres est en grande partie due au bouche-\u00e0-oreille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bizcon.ch\/ig-sap-ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer
