Afin de concevoir le processus de service de mani\u00e8re globale et continue, il est extr\u00eamement important de mettre en place une solution de service int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, qui desserve \u00e9galement d'autres points de contact que les points de contact classiques mentionn\u00e9s ci-dessus. SAP Commerce Cloud offre tout ce qu'il faut pour cr\u00e9er de tels portails int\u00e9gratifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les portails clients peuvent \u00eatre construits sur la base de la plateforme SAP Business Technology, une plateforme ouverte de donn\u00e9es et de d\u00e9veloppement pour l'ensemble de l'\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me SAP. Il est recommand\u00e9 d'impl\u00e9menter autour du processus une gestion des connaissances qui aide le collaborateur du service \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux demandes complexes. SAP propose ici sa propre solution avec SAP Knowledge Central by Nice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais que se passe-t-il lorsqu'une intervention d'un technicien est n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9parer un appareil \u00e9lectrique ? SAP Field Service Management (FSM), bas\u00e9 sur le cloud, fait partie du portefeuille SAP et constitue, en combinaison avec SAP Service Cloud et Remote Support, la base d'une planification efficace des interventions sur site.
