Avec le guide \"Mod\u00e8le de maturit\u00e9 des processus num\u00e9riques 2.0\" qui vient d'\u00eatre publi\u00e9, l'association num\u00e9rique Bitkom veut aider \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre l'\u00e9tat de la num\u00e9risation dans sa propre organisation, \u00e0 identifier les points faibles et \u00e0 optimiser les processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Souvent, la num\u00e9risation des mod\u00e8les d'entreprise conduit \u00e0 des innovations disruptives et donc \u00e0 l'\u00e9clatement des march\u00e9s \u00e9tablis, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une r\u00e9orientation des r\u00e8gles du jeu pour des secteurs entiers. \"Le mod\u00e8le de maturit\u00e9 offre une m\u00e9thodologie efficace, est facilement applicable dans tous les secteurs et m\u00eame en dehors du secteur priv\u00e9, et brise la bo\u00eete noire existante d'un bon processus num\u00e9rique\", explique Nils Britze, responsable du secteur des processus commerciaux num\u00e9riques chez Bitkom. Les objectifs de la num\u00e9risation des processus commerciaux sont d'augmenter leur efficacit\u00e9, leur efficience et leur transparence. Cela permet d'augmenter la productivit\u00e9, de r\u00e9duire le taux d'erreur, d'augmenter les marges, d'am\u00e9liorer le rapport co\u00fbt-b\u00e9n\u00e9fice, d'am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du service et, par cons\u00e9quent, d'augmenter la satisfaction et la fid\u00e9lisation des clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le permet d'\u00e9valuer pas \u00e0 pas le degr\u00e9 de maturit\u00e9 de ses propres processus en r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 un total de 30 questions dans les domaines de la technologie, de la qualit\u00e9 des processus, des donn\u00e9es des processus, des clients ainsi que des comp\u00e9tences et de la culture. La version perfectionn\u00e9e de cette approche tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e dans l'\u00e9conomie convient d\u00e9sormais aussi aux administrations pour num\u00e9riser les processus en fonction des clients. En outre, le mod\u00e8le a \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par des modules suppl\u00e9mentaires, tels qu'une analyse th\u00e9orique\/r\u00e9elle ou un cockpit de gestion.
