De plus, les d\u00e9cisions qui concernent directement l'avenir et la carri\u00e8re des collaborateurs ne doivent pas \u00eatre confi\u00e9es \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re \u00e0 une \"intelligence artificielle\". Les exemples n\u00e9gatifs de projets de people analytics ayant \u00e9chou\u00e9 et entra\u00een\u00e9 une nette d\u00e9gradation de l'image de marque sont nombreux. M\u00eame si les algorithmes agissent en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de mani\u00e8re plus objective que les d\u00e9cideurs humains, la probl\u00e9matique des d\u00e9savantages structurels peut notamment \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9e dans les syst\u00e8mes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D'un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, cette r\u00e9ticence est regrettable, car les valeurs ajout\u00e9es de l'IA ne sont plus depuis longtemps des mythes des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de conseil et des fournisseurs de technologie. Au contraire, la valeur ajout\u00e9e est scientifiquement prouv\u00e9e. La recherche empirique de Sinan Aral et de ses coll\u00e8gues a montr\u00e9 d\u00e8s 2012 que l'utilisation de People Analytics allait de pair avec un succ\u00e8s accru de l'entreprise. En outre, les domaines d'application possibles de l'apprentissage automatique et de l'analyse pr\u00e9dictive dans les RH sont aussi vari\u00e9s et vastes que la gestion des ressources humaines elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La valeur ajout\u00e9e doit \u00eatre en concurrence avec les co\u00fbts des projets ainsi que, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, avec les co\u00fbts d'opportunit\u00e9 des projets analytiques dans d'autres d\u00e9partements. Le plus grand probl\u00e8me est cependant que dans les RH, comme souvent en ce qui concerne les acteurs humains, il est difficile de chiffrer concr\u00e8tement les plus-values qualitatives. En fin de compte, pour les projets pilotes, ce n'est pas seulement l'objectif qui compte, mais aussi le chemin parcouru : selon la courbe d'apprentissage id\u00e9ale, le savoir-faire acquis dans le cadre du premier projet People Analytics entra\u00eene une r\u00e9duction de 30 % de la charge de travail pour les projets People Analytics suivants. Les syst\u00e8mes informatiques, le savoir-faire et surtout les donn\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des actifs qui apporteront une valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 de nombreux projets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme dans tant d'autres projets, les acteurs du projet ont des int\u00e9r\u00eats et des t\u00e2ches tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents. Un changement de perspective peut s'av\u00e9rer utile pour favoriser la compr\u00e9hension et la communication entre les diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes. C'est pourquoi la m\u00e9thodologie de projet agile rev\u00eat une importance centrale pour People Analytics. Des r\u00f4les tels que le Product Owner ou le Scrum-Master sont essentiels pour fusionner les acteurs et les perspectives en un projet global homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
